Yes, you can pay the desposit of $500 by Credit Card, but the remaining balance must be paid by check. Unless you are a online student in which case you can pay the full payment via credit card.

- 1) Can you name a few clients where your past students are working?
- Chrysler, Wipro, IBM, SAP America, Cap Gemini, Accenture, Bearing Point and Deloitte & Toche just to name a few.
- 2) VXL Training seems to be charging a lot for the courses, are you guys just making money off students in a hot market?
- Our training is the most comprehensive. We provide the latest material you will need for your subject. I have seen some companies not provide the latest SAP material. I have seen some companies not provide remote system access or charge extra on a month by month basis. When you work out all the hidden costs involved in others training, it simply makes sense to come to the most comprehensive training for SAP.

- 70% of the students are getting jobs in SAP.
- 4) What is the time frame to get a job?
- We have had students get positions before the class ended, and we have had students take months before they got there break. I would say typically you need around 30-60 days before you get a position.
- 5) Is the teacher really available via phone and email for support?
- Teachers can be reached by Email all the time. Since all the faculties are working during the week, they cannot be reached by phone during the weekdays.
- 6) How strong is your marketing?
- As far as fulltime positions, we cannot help. But we will help you with contracting positions.
- 7) Can you give me a reason why I should take the training from you in Detroit instead of someone else?
- Most of our students are now referrals from our past students, which say a lot about our training.
- 9) Can I get access to the SAP server?
- We do not own the SAP servers, they are owned by ERPQuest, and we can arrange access.
ERPQuest charges $150 per month or $250 for two months
After you have made the payment, please email me with which server you want access to and/or if you have a current access ID that you want an extension for. I will arrange to provide access to you within one business day. - 10) What are your refund policies and anything else you feel I should know?
- All classes can be taken for the first day for free (unless it is CLOSED because it is full). We are very proud of the quality of our training. Any money you pay as a deposit is available for refund until the start of the second class.
If you get placed thru VXL Training we will refund your training fee after you work for us for three months.
