SAP HCM/HR:

1. The mail goal of this course is to provide understand basic as well as advance knowledge in SAP HR. SAP has multiple sub modules. In this course we will teach you important sub modules like payroll, personal administration, benefits & organizational management and assist you to become SAP HR consultants.

2. Another important aspect of this course is that students are well prepared to face any SAP HR interview. Preparation for HR interviews will be given, like mock interviews, interview questions, resume building etc.

3. Even for people with minimal business background but with an enthusiasm to build their career in SAP, we would give an introduction on the HR process like hiring, terminate, benefit enrollment etc employees and as to how to approach the subject, enough to get started on the road to a successful career in SAP HR.

4. The instructor has significant experience in HR. To become a complete consultant, it is important to be proficient in multiple sub modules in SAP HR. This course will cover in-depth understanding of basic specially Payroll, Personal administration, Benefits and Organization management. The course will also equip you to handle basic problems, interview questions in HR topics like integration aspects of multiple sub modules in SAP HR. Sufficient guidance will be provided so that students will be able to pick up these topics on their own.

2) Will I learn technical aspects only?

In class you will be given assignments, links for your self study and also you will learn real time scenarios.

3) What other training I will get?

You will be given interview preparation and how you should approach in your interview sessions; you will also get assistance in preparation of your resume.

4) What is Scope of SAP HR Longterm?

SAP HR is very important modules and is always in demand.

5) How much practice do I need to become good SAP HR consultant?

As much as you can do.  At least 3 months would be handy.

6) What are most important sub modules in HR?

Payroll, Personal Administration, Benefits, Organization Management, and Time Management.

7) Can I get project if I have learned a few of above sub modules?

Yes, if you focus only on Payroll or Benefits you can easily find project for these modules.

8) What are the clients looking for?

In big implementation client prefer to keep multiple consultants for each sub module so you can easily be selected for single module and focus on your module. In the course of implementation you can learn other HR sub modules as well.

 
9) What are your refund policies and anything else you feel I should know?

All classes can be taken for the first day for free (unless it is Closed because it is full). We are very proud of the quality of our training. Any money you pay as a deposit is available for refund until the start of the second class
 
If you get placed thru VXL Training we will refund your training fee after you work for us for three months.
